About Review.Live
Review.Live — sometimes written Review Live — is construction field documentation software. It keeps site photos and video, notes and conversations, daily reports, QA/QC inspections, T&M tickets and drawings together, each tied to the project, the person, the time, the place and the drawing it belongs to, so the record of what happened on site can be found and trusted later.
Who it is for
Construction companies and the people who document their work: foremen, superintendents and crews in the field; project managers, QA/QC and safety staff and office administrators at the desk; and the general contractors they work with, who can acknowledge a T&M ticket by emailed link without an account.
It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and installs on a phone’s home screen like an app. Photos, notes and form changes are saved on the device first, so a basement or a parkade with no signal loses nothing.
How it treats your records
- Private to your company. A company’s projects, photos, reports and conversations are visible only to the people it adds; there is no public gallery, and search engines see nothing but these public pages.
- The record is the record. Originals are kept as uploaded. A submitted report, inspection or ticket is frozen as a revision, and a signature stays with the revision it signed.
- Yours to take away. Any record can be printed to PDF and a whole project exported with a manifest, whenever you like. If access ever ends, nothing is removed without notice — what happens to your records.
- Described as it is. The feature pages describe what exists today, with real screens, and each one says what that part does not do.
